Job Summary
• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Collaborate with the development team to plan, design and implement new features and functionality,
and develop the software solution to be scalable, reliable, and maintainable. Helping the product owner and development team to
achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers as needed.
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Skill Requirement:
• Primary Skill: Scrum, Agile
• Must to have skill : Functional knowledge and experiences in Digital banking SDLC and Agile methodology
• Domain: Finance /Banking.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Crystal, XP, etc.
• Scrum Master Certification would be added advantage
• Experience with software engineering best practices such as test-driven development, and continuous integration
• Good knowledge and technical skills for development tools and languages
• Proficient in JIRA/ Confluence
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
Key Responsibilities
2. Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
3. Maintain Agile tracking systems to ensure transparency of product and sprint backlogs.
4. Facilitate discussions on story selection and task definition to drive clarity and commitment.
5. Communicate with stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
