Scrum Specialist

Job Summary

  1. 8+ years of professional experience in software development and Agile delivery.
  2. Familiarity and experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting dashboards.
  3. Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  4. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). • Hands-on development experience in Java, Kotlin, or similar languages.
  5. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  6. Experience working in large-scale Agile environments (SAFe/Agile Release Trains). • 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
  2. Coach and mentor teams on SAFe principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery goals.
  4. Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  5. Support the adoption of Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and improve predictability.
  6. Partner with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
  7. Apply technical knowledge to understand development challenges and help teams resolve blockers effectively.
  8. Mentor junior team members and foster a learning environment.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and the organization.
