Job Summary

As a Test Lead specializing in selenium and Java, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, implementing test automation strategies, and ensuring high-quality software development and delivery using selenium and Java technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the test planning, design, and execution phases for projects involving selenium and java.
2. Develop and implement automation scripts using selenium and java to enhance test efficiency and accuracy.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project milestones.
4. Perform root cause analysis on testing defects and provide recommendations for resolution.
5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members in implementing selenium and java testing best practices.
6. Monitor and report on testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in selenium and java automation testing.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in selenium automation testing framework.
2. Strong programming skills in java for test automation.
3. Handson experience in designing and executing selenium test scripts.
4. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
5. Familiarity with ci/cd pipelines and version control systems.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
