Job Summary

The Test Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test scripts using cucumber, selenium, and java. The primary objective is to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through thorough testing.

Key Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Independent team player, having extensive experience in all testing phase and agile methodologies
• Experienced in designing, executing, and maintaining the automation test cases with Java Selenium code
• Created In-sprint and regression automation design for new functionality and committing using Git
• Writing reusable function and methods in Java
• Implementation of OOPS in framework
• Hands on experience CI/CD tools like Jenkins, and version control tool Git
• Participated in PI Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective meeting.
• API testing using Rest Assured or Post man
• Should have good knowledge in and out of Test Plan and its use
• Experience and exposure to all types of testing
• Writing comprehensive functional test cases to ensure the reliability of the application and deliver a bug free product
• Identify bugs and raising in respective tool and continuous follow up to bring it to closure
• Working in Agile/Scrum to deliver high quality product
• Good to have Semiconductor domain knowledge with Inspection, Doping, Photolithography, etching, and Wafer handling
• Good to have Playwright working knowledge

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in automation testing tools like cucumber, selenium, java, TestNG
2. Strong programming skills in java for test script development.
3. Experience in creating and executing test cases for web based applications.
4. Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
