Job Summary
Required Skills\\\\r\\\\nCore Technical\\\\r\\\\n• Automation development using one or more: \\\\r\\\\no Power Automate / Logic Apps, ServiceNow Flow Designer, UiPath/Automation Anywhere, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2, tokens), and integration patterns.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem) and service operations.\\\\r\\\\nPlatform Knowledge \\\\r\\\\n• ServiceNow (IntegrationHub, Scripted REST, Flow Designer), Power Platform, Azure basics.\\\\r\\\\n•
Key Responsibilities
igital workplace tools: M365/Teams, Webex, endpoint management (Intune, MECM/BigFIx), AD/Azure AD (Entra ID).\\\\r\\\\n• Security/IAM concepts: RBAC, MFA, conditional access, identity lifecycle, basic security operations workflows.\\\\r\\\\nBehavioral / Delivery\\\\r\\\\n• Strong stakeholder communication, structured problem solving, and documentation discipline.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work in Agile delivery model with a value-first mindset (effort vs impact).\\\\r\\\\n
Skill Requirements
Qualifications & Experience\\\\r\\\\n• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.\\\\r\\\\n• 4–8+ years’ experience in automation/integration development (flexible based on level).\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in enterprise IT operations or digital workplace environments preferred.\\\\r\\\\n
