Job Summary
The HTE delivers the technologies, solutions and services which customers need to expertly manage their networks. • In this role, you will be \"Cisco’s face to the customer,\" working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments. • You need to be a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues. • Builds strong team relationships with other Customer Support Engineers. Enjoys sharing knowledge. • Connects directly with Cisco customers and builds effective working relationships while solving their issues. • Manages customer expectations and always aims to leave the customers feeling valued and overall positive about Cisco. Perform Bug Scrubbing for defect per release.
Provide problem root-cause analysis at the network infrastructure and application level and produce detailed technical reports that include root cause, next steps, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. • Review and analyze trends and assist in providing quarterly reports detailing corrective action plans planned for the next quarter. • Shorten the time to resolution during complex situations by using knowledge of the customer network and their operations. • Leverage industry best practices and detailed understanding of the customer’s infrastructure. • Setting up weekly cadences to review technical issues. • Review historic customer data to identify trends and enable problem management • Handle multiple customers for aforementioned needs remotely or onsite.
Candidates with a Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering \\\\r\\\\n(CS/EE preferred) or comparable qualifications, accompanied by a robust background of at least 8 years in \\\\r\\\\nMobility-related roles.

Skill Requirements
Knowledge of IP routing and switching is required • Knowledge of Virtualization technologies. • Knowledge on 3G/4G/5G mobile packet core technologies like LTE, UMTS/CDMA/GSM/WiFi offloading, 5G Core • Working knowledge of SGSN, MME, GGSN, SGW, PGW, PCF, PCRF, EPDG, SAMOG, AMF, SMF, UPF and AMF. • Knowledge of various 4G/5G and 4G call flows is a must. • Strong Knowledge of the 3GPP specifications is a must. • Applications such as Policy, IMS & VoLTE OR Experience in design and deployment of Wireless technology for various business segments.
Other Requirements
Knowledge on OpenStack, SDN and Kubernetis required. • 5G knowledge is preferred • Good understanding of IP networking concept IPv4, IPv6, Multicast, ARP, QoS, Device level security features. • Experience and knowledge Technologies used by Service provider network like Routing protocols (BGP, MBGP, IBGP, PBR, BFD,OSPF, IS-IS). • Previous experience in Enterprise or Service provider Network in areas of deployment/migration/support.
