Job Title: Deskside / Build Engineer – M365 Migration (Offshore – Chennai)Provide L2 deskside and remote support for Microsoft Teams tenant-to-tenant migration projectPerform device build, rebuild, and configuration aligned to target tenant standardsExecute Azure AD Join / Re-join and Intune enrollment for end-user devicesConduct pre-migration readiness checks (device compliance, Office apps, security posture)Support user profile migration including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams setupEnsure successful Teams access post-migration (channels, chats, files, meetings)Troubleshoot Teams client, OneDrive sync, Office activation, and login issuesAssist in cutover activities during migration waves with minimum user disruptionProvide hypercare support for post-migration issue resolutionCoordinate with SMEs, infra teams, and service desk for escalationsMaintain device and user migration tracking reportsSupport application validation and reconfiguration post migrationEnsure compliance with endpoint security and corporate policiesDocument known issues, resolutions, and support proceduresProvide end-user guidance and quick fixes during migrationMonitor and resolve sync, authentication, and connectivity issuesSupport bulk device readiness activities as per migration scheduleParticipate in daily migration calls and status reporting
