Job Summary
Execute certificate lifecycle tasks (issuance, renewal, revocation) • Perform SSL certificate installation and renewal tracking • Support Microsoft PKI (ADCS) and CLM tools (AppViewX, Venafi, Keyfactor) • Handle L2 incidents and service requests via ITSM tools • Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to L3 • Execute approved changes following CAB processes • Monitor certificate expiry alerts and system health • Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation
Key Responsibilities
The Cybersecurity Certification Management L2 resource will be responsible for day-to-day operational support of certificate lifecycle and PKI services within a managed services environment. The role focuses on SLA-driven operations, SOP adherence, and coordination with L3 and stakeholders.
Skill Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft PKI (ADCS) • Understanding of SSL/TLS and certificate lifecycle • Exposure to AppViewX / Venafi / Keyfactor • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
