Key Responsibilities
Mobile device management (AirWatch /JAMF) JD\r\nRelevant Experience – 1- 3 years\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\n• Platform Administration: \r\nDeploying, configuring, and maintaining AirWatch (for Android) and JAMF (for Apple devices) to manage corporate mobile devices. \r\n• Device Enrollment & Configuration: \r\nEnrolling macOS devices into the AirWatch/Workspace ONE UEM environment and configuring device-level restrictions, Wi-Fi, and VPN settings using profiles. \r\nIntegrate with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise to automate device enrollment, streamlining the process for new devices. \r\n• Policy & Configuration: \r\nDefining and enforcing security policies, including device encryption, password complexity, secure connectivity, and app restrictions. \r\n• User & Device Enrollment: \r\nBuilding and managing secure device enrollment processes, both bulk and self-service. \r\n• App Management: \r\nOverseeing app deployments and managing corporate apps on managed devices. Distributing, monitoring, and updating both in-house and third-party applications and web clips on macOS devices, including managing VPP licenses\r\n• Technical Support: \r\nProviding Tier 2/3 technical support for mobile device and MDM platform issues and escalations. \r\n• Compliance & Security: \r\nEnsuring devices and applications comply with corporate security standards and policies. \r\n• Performance & Monitoring: \r\nMonitoring platform performance and system health to ensure optimal operation. \r\n• Integration: \r\nIntegrating the MDM platform with other IT systems, such as (Azure AD) for access controls. \r\n• Documentation & Training: \r\nCreating technical documentation and providing training for IT staff and end users. \r\nRequired Skills & Experience:\r\n• MDM Expertise: \r\nRequired excellent skill in AirWatch and/or JAMF administration and configuration. \r\n• Technical Skills: \r\nStrong understanding of mobile device management principles, security, and compliance. \r\n• Troubleshooting: \r\nExcellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. \r\n• Communication: \r\nEffective communication and collaboration skills for working with IT and end-users. \r\n• Platform Knowledge: \r\nSpecific knowledge of Android Enterprise for AirWatch and native Apple features for JAMF.
