Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for utilizing data-driven insights to support decision-making processes. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency. This position will be within the Global IT team in which you will work closely with the technology & business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, as it pertains to various IT infrastructure projects. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement related to cost tracking and budgeting. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI to visualize key metrics and KPIs, including variance analysis, budget vs. actual comparisons, and forecasting. • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources such as SQL Server databases. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide recommendations on various IT Infrastructure project that support the business. • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Participate in meetings and discussions to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis in the context of cost management and much more with IT Infrastructure technology management.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Effective communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations related to various topics. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools, with a focus on financial modeling and cost analysis. • Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BI, to create interactive dashboards and reports related to financial cost tracking and optimization. • Basic understanding of SQL and experience working with SQL Server databases, with a focus on querying financial data. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data sets. • Prior internship or work experience in a technical or analytical role, with exposure to various technologies, is a plus.
