Job Summary

 This position assists customers / Client Life Cycle support around the Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management. Intune administrator is responsible for the management and support of the organization’s Microsoft Intune environment specific for supporting Windows Devices. This role involves working closely with Workplace Engineering team and stack holders to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of Intune policies, configurations, and applications on Windows 11 OS. MS Intune administrator L2 is expected to possess good knowledge & experience in Intune administration, security best practices, and Windows management

Role Summary:This position assists customers / Client Life Cycle support around the Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management. Intune administrator is responsible for the management and support of the organization’s Microsoft Intune environment specific for supporting Windows Devices. This role involves working closely with Workplace Engineering team and stack holders to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of Intune policies, configurations, and applications on Windows 11 OS. MS Intune administrator L2 is expected to possess good knowledge & experience in Intune administration, security best practices, and Windows management. 

Primary Responsibilities: • Intune Platform management including managing Microsoft Intune Configurations, policies, and profiles to support Windows device management.• Ensure proper setup and management of device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, and data protection.\• Deploy and manage applications to end-user’s devices using Intune, ensuring seamless and efficient software distribution.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot applications deployment issues and optimize application delivery processes. \\\\r\\\\n• Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot profiles and support troubleshooting provisioning issue. \\\\r\\\\n• Configure and support Windows Updates, Feature updates rings & ensure compliance on all Windows devices.\\\\r\\\\n• Configure and troubleshoot mobile device management features, including device enrolment, application deployment, and policy enforcement. \\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective MDM Policies & Profiles. \\\\r\\\\n• Manage and support all Device Configuration which includes Wi-Fi, VPN, Certificate Based Authentication, LDAP Configuration including AD, APNS Generation and Configuration, CA configuration in Microsoft Intune Admin console.\\\\r\\\\n• Capability to work as IC and support Intune services. \\\\r\\\\nDesired Skills and Experience\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCore competencies, knowledge, and experience:\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in administration and configuration of Microsoft Intune.\\\\r\\\\n• Basic experience in PowerShell scripting \\\\r\\\\n• In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM polices. \\\\r\\\\n• Unattended enrolment of Windows & MAC(optional) devices. \\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge on MS-Graph and Power-BI will be an added advantage. \\\\r\\\\n• Hands-On experience in handling Autopilot support for Windows 10 provisioning \\\\r\\\\n• Strong customer service skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Must be detail oriented and self-motivating.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to provide consistent, excellent customer support to the client and HCL, representing a variety of personalities and management levels.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nBusiness & Behavioural Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate IT technical language into everyday terms which users can understand.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is flexible, efficient, and responsive.\\\\r\\\\n• To work through issues analytically to a successful conclusion\\\\r\\\\n• Demonstrable results in a business customer facing role, with a history of delivering services to defined service levels.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience of working in an Operational environment alongside other technical and operational teams, ensuring that all pa
