The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SCCM administration, PowerShell scripting, and Windows endpoint management.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n• Administer and support the SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including site systems, client health, software distribution, and patch management.\\\\r\\\\n• Deploy operating system images, applications, security updates, and configuration changes across enterprise endpoints.\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor deployment success, patch compliance, and endpoint health, and take corrective actions as needed.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot Level 2 incidents related to SCCM clients, software installations, policy application, patch failures, and operating system deployment.\\\\r\\\\n• Analyze SCCM logs and reports to identify root causes and resolve recurring issues.\\\\r\\\\n• Create and maintain device collections, deployment packages, task sequences, baselines, and compliance settings.\\\\r\\\\n• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and routine administrative tasks.\\\\r\\\\n• Work closely with Level 3 teams, security teams, and desktop support teams on escalations, upgrades, and operational improvements.\\\\r\\\\n• Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.\\\\r\\\\n• Support change management activities and ensure deployments follow approved processes and maintenance windows.\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills\\\\r\\\\n• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM administration and support.\\\\r\\\\n• Good knowledge of software deployment, patch management, OS deployment, and endpoint compliance.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience troubleshooting SCCM client issues, deployment failures, and update installation problems.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.\\\\r\\\\n• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 administration, Windows Server fundamentals, Active Directory, and Group Policy.\\\\r\\\\n• Familiarity with SCCM components such as Distribution Points, Management Points, Software Update Points, and collections.\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of reporting and monitoring for deployment and patch compliance.\\\\r\\\\n• Understanding of networking basics relevant to endpoint management.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Good verbal and written communication skills.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Qualifications\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with Microsoft Intune, co-management, or modern endpoint management tools.\\\\r\\\\n• Exposure to third-party patching tools such as Patch My PC, Ivanti, or ManageEngine.\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and endpoint security best practices.\\\\r\\\\n• Relevant Microsoft certifications in endpoint administration or modern desktop management.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience working in ITIL-based service environments.\\\\r\\\\nExperience and Educa
