Power Platform Engineer (InfoPath Migration, Power Apps & Copilot Studio)\r\nRole Summary\r\nWe are seeking a Power Platform Engineer whose primary responsibility will be to migrate existing Microsoft InfoPath forms—due to reach end of life in July—into modern, supported solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.\r\nFollowing the migration phase, the role will focus on the development, support, and evolution of Power Apps and Copilot Studio agents, including handling live operational incidents and delivering new capabilities through the Agile Release Team (ART).\r\nThis role was funded specifically to establish and support Copilot Studio capability within the organisation and will play a key part in modern, AI assisted (“vibecoded”) application and agent delivery across the Power Platform.\r\n________________________________________\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nInfoPath to Power Platform Migration (Primary Focus)\r\n• Lead and deliver the migration of in-scope InfoPath forms to Power Apps ahead of the July end of life deadline.\r\n• Assess existing InfoPath solutions, integrations, and business processes.\r\n• Design and build Power Apps solutions that provide functional parity or improved user experience.\r\n• Work with business stakeholders to validate requirements and outcomes.\r\n• Ensure appropriate testing, documentation, and operational handover.\r\nPower Apps & Copilot Studio Delivery\r\n• Design, build, and evolve Power Apps and Copilot Studio agents to support business processes and user self service.\r\n• Leverage Copilot assisted and low code development patterns, aligning with Microsoft’s strategic direction for the Power Platform.\r\n• Develop conversational and task oriented Copilot Studio agents integrated with Power Apps, data sources, and workflows.\r\n• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and supportable within enterprise governance.\r\nOperational Support\r\n• Provide operational (BAU) support for Power Apps and Copilot Studio agents, including incident and service request resolution.\r\n• Diagnose and resolve production issues across apps, agents, and integrations.\r\n• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes where required.\r\n• Support minor enhancements, fixes, and changes to live solutions.\r\nAgile Release Team (ART) Participation\r\n• Deliver new Power Apps and Copilot Studio work through the Agile Release Team.\r\n• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery, and reviews.\r\n• Collaborate with service owners, architects, and platform teams.\r\n• Ensure all delivered solutions meet agreed quality, security, and governance standards.\r\n________________________________________\r\nSkills and Experience\r\nEssential\r\n• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven).\r\n• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including building and maintaining agents.\r\n• Experience migrating or redesigning InfoPath forms into Power Platform solutions.\r\n• Understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Power Automate.\r\n• Experience supporting live low code solutions in a production environment.\r\n• Familiarity with Agile delivery and working within an ART or sprint-based team.\r\n• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.\r\nDesirable\r\n• Experience with AI assisted / Copilot driven app development approaches.\r\n• SharePoint Online and Dataverse integration experience.\r\n• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and security roles.\r\n• Experience in large, enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.\r\n________________________________________\r\nKey Outcomes\r\n• All targeted InfoPath forms successfully migrated before end of life.\r\n• Stable, supported Power Apps and Copilot
