Skill Requirements

Working knowledge of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitioning, purchase orders, receiving, invoice processing, payment, and reconciliation. • Good understanding of accounts payable controls, invoice matching, general ledger coding, tax basics, supplier master data, and month-end activities. • Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, filters, reconciliation, and data analysis; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate transaction exceptions and identify root causes. • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage transaction volumes within defined timelines. • Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple requests, and meet service-level and month-end deadlines. • Working knowledge of internal controls, audit requirements, data confidentiality, and segregation of duties. • Experience with reporting, process documentation, and continuous improvement is preferred.
