Job Summary

AD-File Share - Windows Client Office-File Shares

Key Responsibilities

Administer Active Directory users, groups, and organizational units (OUs). Manage file shares, network drives, and shared folder access. Configure and maintain NTFS and share-level permissions. Handle access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning requests. Troubleshoot file access, authentication, and permission-related issues. Manage security groups and role-based access controls. Administer Group Policies (GPOs) related to drive mapping and file access. Support DFS (Distributed File System) namespaces and replication. Monitor file server performance, storage utilization, and availability. Perform backup and recovery support for file services. Assist with file server migrations and data migration projects. Ensure compliance with data security and access governance policies. Support audit requests and access reviews. Coordinate with server, storage, security, and application teams. Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs. Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM tools.
