Job Summary

Core Responsibilities:\r\n• Software Development:\r\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications and services following industry best practices and coding standards.\r\n• OpenStack Expertise:\r\nApply hands-on skills and deep understanding of OpenStack technology to develop, deploy, and support cloud infrastructure components.\r\n• CI/CD Pipeline Management:\r\nDesign, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.\r\n• DevOps and Infrastructure Knowledge:\r\nCollaborate closely with DevOps teams to integrate development and operations workflows, contributing to infrastructure as code, automation, and monitoring practices.\r\n• Code Review and Quality Assurance:\r\nParticipate actively in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure code quality, security, and performance.\r\n• Troubleshooting and Support:\r\nProvide technical support and troubleshooting for development, deployment, and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.\r\n• Documentation:\r\nMaintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for code, processes, and infrastructure to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational continuity.\r\n

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Process Compliance:\r\n• Jira Management:\r\nEnsure zero misses in Jira card creation and strictly follow labeling standards to maintain traceability and transparency of work items.\r\n• Regular Updates:\r\nKeep Jira cards up to date with progress and relevant information at least every 4 days to support effective project tracking and reporting.\r\n• Global Dashboard Integration:\r\nLink all Jira cards to the Global Dashboard (if applicable), adhering to standardized labeling conventions for seamless aggregation and oversight.\r\n• Unity Ticket Updates:\r\nUpdate Unity tickets with the latest status and developments every 2 days to maintain real-time visibility for stakeholders.\r\n• ITIL Change Management:\r\nAdhere strictly to ITIL change management processes with zero deviations, ensuring all changes are authorized, documented, and communicated appropriately.\r\n

 Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention
