This role focuses on building automation engines and integrations that streamline the assignment, configuration, and management of enterprise voice services. The successful candidate will work closely with product, engineering, telecom providers, and compliance teams to deliver robust, compliant, and highly efficient automation capabilities. The position plays a key role in supporting global telephony transformation initiatives by reducing manual effort, improving accuracy, and enabling rapid onboarding of users to Teams voice services.\"
Job Responsibilities : \"• Design and develop automation frameworks for provisioning telephone numbers from Operator Connect providers into Microsoft Teams • Build and maintain solutions for automated user onboarding, number assignment, and lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver processes) • Integrate telecom provider APIs into internal systems to enable seamless number provisioning and management workflows • Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) to support automation use cases and operational efficiency • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable automation architectures • Work closely with telecom vendors and internal teams to standardise provisioning processes across multiple countries • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise automation processes to ensure high availability and performance • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides\"

Skill Requirement : \"Essential Skills / Experience • Strong experience in software development and automation engineering, ideally in enterprise environments • Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) • Experience integrating APIs (REST, Graph API, telecom provider APIs) into automation workflows • Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams Voice / Operator Connect architecture and enterprise telephony concepts • Experience with scripting or development languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) • Strong understanding of identity, provisioning, and lifecycle management processes (JML) • Experience working with large datasets and automation of data processing workflows • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders including engineering, telecom vendors, and business teams • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and resilient solutions • Experience working in Agile environments and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) • Excellent communication skills in English\"
