Job Summary
UC Program Engineer Essential job functions: • Manage end to end UC scope for global real estate projects, implementation coordination, reviewing room layouts and architectural drawings to determine UC technology deployment in Lam offices. • Prepare BOM (Bill of Material) and ensure equipment design follows global standards including Teams Phones, MTR (Teams Rooms) systems, Digital Signage, and Voice (SBC/Analog Gateways). • Liaise, coordinate and follow up with vendors on UC technology purchases and installations Qualification and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field • Minimum 3 years working experience in IT related field • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken Skills • Have strong technical and administrative knowledge in IP phones and audio‑video conferencing solutions using any of the following platforms: Microsoft Teams & Teams Rooms (preferred), Zoom, or Cisco Webex. • Have experience in supporting meeting rooms with complex audio-visual systems • Possessed strong self-initiative, resourceful and ability to deliver with minimum supervision • Sound computer skills and familiar with IT components, network, email, Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling and interpersonal skills • Have experience working with teams across multiple time-zones and regions • Ability to successfully manage multiple and competing priorities • Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage
