Job Summary

Basic Purpose:\r\n\r\nThis position is responsible for all tactical aspects of delivering Regional Field IT Support services for Business Units within a Region, as it relates to supporting laboratory operations. These services include Tier-2 Field IT support, voice communications, data networking, desktop, LIS/BIS equipment, imaging systems, facility systems, security administration, and asset management.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities:\r\n\r\nDesktop Support, LAN/WAN, Server Administration, Imaging Systems, Telecom, Instruments:\r\n\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve all Service Center tickets routed to your Assignment Group according to the established SLA.\r\n\r\nPerform IMAC\'s all systems as applicable\r\n\r\nPerform maintenance, patches and updates to all systems in a timely manner, according to SOPs\r\n\r\nMaintain up to date knowledge and skills related to changing technology and services provided by Field IT Support\r\n\r\nProvide clear, regular submissions of Management Reports and Metrics that document performance against SLA\'s via standard products including HP Service Manager and Clarity\r\n\r\nContribute to team and Quest specific short, mid and long term goals\r\n\r\nAsset Management:\r\n\r\nAssist in inventory management, including acquisition and disposal of all IT related equipment according to policies\r\n\r\nAssist in coordination of asset disposal for Quest Diagnostics Workstation (QSW) machines and peripherals\r\n\r\nEnsure that the Quest Diagnostics Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) policies are enforced at the Business Unit\r\n\r\nOther:\r\n\r\nUp to 80% of Travel\r\n\r\nClean / valid driver\'s license required On Call Coverage as needed\r\nMay perform other duties as assigned\r\n\r\n\r\nTime Management and Organizational skills\r\n\r\nDemonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications skills\r\nStrong commitment to customer and employee satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
