Senior Administrator - Desk Side Services, AMT Asset Management Software

Job Summary

Onsite Support Services • Main contact for break/fix and onsite support. • Provide the highest level of customer service, manage tickets, track information in a call tracking system (SIM) • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents and requests. • Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. • Work closely with the level 1 team for efficient service to end users. • Escalate unresolved issues/requests to the appropriate 2nd and 3rd level support teams. • Troubleshoot basic end-user issues on software applications, hardware, network, and telecommunications systems. • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac devices, and authorized desktop applications. • Perform general preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral equipment. • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues. • Support Windows, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting. • Support Mac devices and operating systems for Apple users. • Provide meeting room and Visio conferencing support/troubleshoot. • Support end users with printing, meeting room, and conference room equipment. • Provide VIP support for offices with HOD and C-level management. • Support project implementations. • Document and maintain SOPs. • Ensure compliance with Allianz and AZ Trade procedures and rules. • Contribute and maintain relevant knowledge base. • Contribute to new staff orientation on IT services and incident/request handling. • Support and Coordinate UAM process. • Responsible for IT asset management (CMDB) for hardware and software. • Responsible for procurement as per Trade/Tech process. • Exposure to asset management processes and life cycles, inventory tracking, and inventory management tools. • Coordinate with local, regional, and central IT teams and manage IT changes & Incidents. • Provide reception desk and walk-in center support where applicable. • Walk-in center for dedicated OSS support. • Manage mobile devices including iOS and Android. • Enterprise encryption solutions and Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory. • Experience in supporting audio-video equipment, Cisco Jabber, etc. • Perform first-level troubleshooting and regular preventive health checks. • Coordinate with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues. • Support for local Nordic Systems (eg AS400, DB2, Lasernet) Responsible for Monthly auditing of hardware (laptops/mobiles/monitors) • Meeting room/printer support • Build/Deploy hardware
