Job Summary

Datacenter Engineer responsible for hands and Feet support in the data center, provide support to remote team to troubleshoot hardware issues. Should have knowledge of Network and compute devices installed in the datacente 

Key Responsibilities

Will be responsible for devices installed in data center, should assist remote teams as and when required to troubleshoot hardware issues. Assist vendor for hardware replacement. Keep the inventory records up to date

Skill Requirements

should know the physical devices like Router, Switches, Servers and Storage. Have hands on knowledge on network cabling. Should have some hardware knowledge.

Other Requirements

 Should have worked in data center, knowledge of network, server, storage devices installed in the data center. Can provided support to technical teams as and when required.
Maximum Salary (US):  88,000
Minimum Salary (US):  54,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
