Job Summary

For patch management and vulnerability management including qualys operational and reporting area\r\n• \r\n• For general administration of windows servers including incidents and debugging\r\n• \r\n• For remediation of users creation/modification process by respect to the whole chain BRD HR  HR Gate  SG apps\r\n• \r\n• Analyse of incidents on the exchange online BRD side, distribution lists and shared mailboxes incidents\r\n

Key Responsibilities

A highly skilled Level 2/3 System Administrator capable of managing and supporting a large, complex, and heterogeneous IT infrastructure. \r\nThe ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and an analytical mindset that enables rapid identification and resolution of issues across multiple technologies and systems.\r\n

Skill Requirements

1. PowerShell (Advanced)\r\n• Ability to write, analyze, and optimize advanced PowerShell scripts.\r\n• Experience automating administrative tasks for Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.\r\n• Familiarity with modules for: Active Directory, Exchange, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Microsoft Graph.\r\n2. Active Directory & Identity Management\r\n• Deep understanding of AD structure, GPOs, OUs, permissions inheritance, delegation, and domain trust relationships.\r\n• Solid knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.\r\n3. Microsoft 365 / Office 365\r\n• Knowledge of administration of Microsoft 365 tenant environments.\r\n• Strong experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.\r\n• Ability to troubleshoot hybrid identity scenarios (AAD Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access).\r\n• Understanding of licensing models and security/compliance configurations.\r\n4. Exchange (On-Prem & Hybrid)\r\n• Administration and troubleshooting of Exchange Server environments.\r\n• Hybrid configuration experience.\r\n• Mail flow diagnostics, connector troubleshooting, certificate management.\r\n5.General administration knowledge\r\n• Good knowledge of Windows server administration\r\n• Good knowledge of vulnerability and patch management process and tools\r\n• Familiarity with VPN technologies and site-to-site connections.\r\n6.Networking Fundamentals\r\n• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and firewall rules.\r\n• Ability to analyze network-related issues impacting authentication, mail flow, connectivity, or cloud services.\r\n• Familiarity with VPN technologies and site-to-site connections.\r\n\r\n

Other Requirements

Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).\r\n• Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, GPO-based automation).\r\n• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions. \r\n• Knowledge of Software deployment tools\r\n• Ability to read and interpret logs across different systems and services.\r\n\r\n
