Job Summary
The candidates should have hands on experience (5+ Years) on Dynatrace tool: • Strong hands‑on experience with Dynatrace (SaaS & Managed), OneAgent, ActiveGate, RUM & Synthetic Monitoring • Expertise in Dynatrace architecture, monitoring of infra, apps, DBs, URLs, and observability enablement • Experience integrating Dynatrace with Splunk, ServiceNow, and event management tools • Hands‑on with Dynatrace migrations (Managed → SaaS), plugins/extensions, APIs, and troubleshooting • Experience on Dynatrace API integrations, automation, and custom use cases. • Hands-on Integration of Dynatrace alerts with Event Management tools (Splunk) and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow). Additional / Preferred Skills: Monitoring tools and ITIL certifications are an added advantage. Hands‑on exposure to Splunk, Grafana and Shell Scripting is preferred. Soft Skills & Client Engagement: Strong client relationship management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate with global teams across continents.
