Job Summary

GAM -Japanese

Responsible for managing and governing user access to enterprise systems globally, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access management.

Key Responsibilities

 GAM -Japanese

• Manage user access lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding). • Provision and revoke access across systems. • Enforce least privilege and RBAC. • Administer IAM tools and handle access requests. • Support audits and compliance activities. • Monitor access incidents and risks.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In Windows Operating System Administration, Including Troubleshooting, Incident Analysis, And Security Management.
2. Advanced Proficiency In Using Windows Diagnostic And Remote Administration Tools (Event Viewer, Powershell, Active Directory).
3. Advanced Ability To Update Knowledge Bases And Technical Documentation In Both Japanese And English.
4. Advanced Knowledge Of It Security Practices And Incident Response Within Windows Environments.

• IAM concepts and tools • Access control and security awareness • ITSM tools knowledge • Strong analytical and communication skills

Other Requirements

1. JLPT N2 or higher certification (optional but valuable).
2. Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (optional but valuable)

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with relevant IAM experience. Preferred Certifications ITIL, CISA, CISM, IAM-related certifications
