Job Summary

The Sr. Administrator in Support & Operations plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain robust security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Network – F5. Must have experience in managing LTM, GTM, APM platforms Should have deep knowledge in DNS , forwarders, zones, listeners, zone delegation, NS, A, Alias and CNAME records Should have extensive knowledge to troubleshoot the connections through load balancer and packet capture analysis Good experience to install and deploy F5 platforms in Cloud platorms AWS, Azure Device management trust certificate Application SSL certificate offloading Irule, redirects Create , modify pools, wide ip, virtual ip, data centers
