Job Summary

 Manage and configure Zscaler ZIA and ZPA policies for internet and private application access - Implement URL filtering, SSL inspection, DLP and Zero Trust access controls - Troubleshoot user access, authentication, and connectivity issues in Zscaler - Manage FortiGate firewalls including security policies, NAT, and VPN configurations - Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and configuration compliance using FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer - Monitor and secure WAN/LAN/VPN traffic ensuring compliance with security policies - Handle L3 troubleshooting for firewall, VPN, and secure connectivity issues - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incident trend analysis - Support audits, compliance reporting, and security log analysis - Monitor network security events using logging and monitoring tools - Coordinate with OEM vendors (Fortinet, Zscaler) and telecom providers - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance reports

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2-level support, engineering, and optimization for enterprise network security services including Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA, SASE) and Fortinet firewalls. Ensure secure and policy-driven connectivity across WAN, LAN, and VPN environments.
