Job Summary
ServiceNow ITAM BSA Key Responsibilities • Gather and analyze ITAM requirements from business and technical stakeholders. • Define functional requirements and optimize asset lifecycle processes. • Support HAM/SAM, license compliance, approvals, workflows, and automation. • Ensure alignment across ITAM, CMDB, discovery, and reconciliation. • Partner with developers to deliver scalable, standards-based solutions. • Support UAT, release readiness, and deployment activities. • Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and asset KPIs. Required Skills • 7–10 years of experience in ITAM and ServiceNow. • Strong knowledge of HAM, SAM, asset lifecycle management, and CMDB. • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules, Service Catalog, workflows, and documentation. • Understanding of license compliance, audits, and data models. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow CSA and ITAM certifications such as CIS-SAM or CIS-HAM. • ITIL v4 certification. • Experience with Microsoft tools, discovery, and asset integrations.
