Senior Administrator - Hardware Asset Management

Job Summary

Operations Management • Manage IT hardware asset lifecycle processes including analysis, exception handling, tracking and compliance reporting. • Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions. • Develop solutions to improve data quality based on KPIs. • Manage workflow activities for hardware assets. • Execute receptions, rejections and jump ticket activities. • Perform validation and reconciliation with FAR and Marley tools. • Execute GPS controls and identify continuous improvement opportunities. • Participate in governance calls and ensure SLA achievement. Efficiency Management • Identify automation opportunities and process improvements. • Prepare hardware asset management reports and metrics. • Identify cost-saving opportunities. • Provide support and backup to team members. Relationship Management • Interact confidently with stakeholders and business leaders. • Participate in transformation initiatives, scope expansion and service delivery projects. Profile • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in IT Hardware Asset Lifecycle Management. • Preferably experienced in IT or Banking sectors. • Strong understanding of hardware asset lifecycle management. • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma and Agile. • Strong documentation, presentation and review skills.
