Job Summary

The Senior IAM Administrator in Support & Operations plays a critical role in delivering advanced technical support for Identity and Access Management services. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex incidents, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving positive customer experiences. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration across teams to maintain a robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support By Analyzing Complex Iam Incidents, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues.
2. Collaborate With Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations, Meeting Agreed Slas While Effectively Managing And Resolving Complex Tickets.
3. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management, Ensuring Accessibility And Clarity Of Information For The Team.
4. Facilitate Training Sessions For New Analysts And Coach Them On Best Practices In Iam Service Delivery To Enhance Team Competency.
5. Strive For Excellence In Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution Targets, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Service Delivery Processes And Tools.
2. Strong Troubleshooting Skills With A Focus On Technical And Security Issue Resolution.
3. Solid Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Quality Standards Related To Iam.
4. Familiarity With Ticketing Systems And Incident Management Best Practices.
5. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Collaboration With Stakeholders.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Identity And Access Manager (Ciam) Or Equivalent Iam Certifications
