Job Summary

The Senior Administrator for Vulnerability Management plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's security posture by providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting. This role is pivotal in managing complex incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated Network Security Engineer to support the deployment and operationalization of our Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategy using Netskope Private Access (NPA). The engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing Netskope NPA services, including Publisher and Local Broker deployments, application onboarding, policy creation, service validation, troubleshooting, and documentation.\\r\\nThis role requires strong networking and security expertise, along with hands-on experience in access control, application connectivity, and enterprise infrastructure environments.\\r\\n\\r\\nKey Responsibilities\\r\\nNetskope NPA Deployment & Configuration\\r\\n• Deploy, configure, and maintain Netskope NPA Publishers across enterprise locations,\\r\\ndata centers, and cloud environments.\\r\\n• Install and manage Local Brokers for office-based users and ensure optimal\\r\\nconnectivity and performance.\\r\\n• Onboard private applications into Netskope NPA and validate application accessibility.\\r\\n• Configure application segmentation and Zero Trust access controls.\\r\\nPolicy Management\\r\\n• Work with Infosec team for the design and implement access policies for:\\r\\no Remote users\\r\\no Office-based users\\r\\no Contractor and third-party users\\r\\n• Create user, group, device posture, and application-based access policies.\\r\\n• Work with Infosec teams to align policies with Zero Trust principles and corporate\\r\\nsecurity standards.\\r\\nService Validation & Testing\\r\\n• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of published services and applications.\\r\\n• Validate connectivity, authentication, authorization, and user experience.\\r\\n• Troubleshoot access issues involving Netskope, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID,\\r\\nDNS, firewall, and networking components.\\r\\n• Support pilot deployments and production rollouts.\\r\\nDocumentation & Operational Readiness \\r\\n• Develop implementation guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and\\r\\ndeployment documentation.\\r\\n• Create network and service architecture diagrams.\\r\\n• Maintain application onboarding documents and policy inventories.\\r\\n• Provide knowledge transfer sessions to operations and support teams.\\r\\nCollaboration & Support\\r\\n• Work closely with Network, Infosec, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams.\\r\\n• Participate in project planning, change management, and deployment activities.\\r\\n• Assist with incident investigation and problem management related to Netskope NPA\\r\\nservices.\\r\\n• Support continuous improvement initiatives for Zero Trust adoption.\\r\\nRequired Qualifications\\r\\n• Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or\\r\\nequivalent experience.\\r\\n• 6–10 years of experience in Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Network Engineering.\\r\\n• Hands-on experience with Netskope Private Access (NPA) deployment and\\r\\nadministration.\\r\\n• Strong understanding of:\\r\\no Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)\\r\\no Identity and Access Management (IAM)\\r\\no Network Security principles\\r\\no TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, and Firewalls\\r\\n• Experience integrating security solutions with:\\r\\no Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\\r\\no Active Directory\\r\\no SSO and MFA solutions\\r\\n• Experience troublesh
