Job Summary
Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for endpoint management\\\\r\\\\n• Lead or support Modern Desktop migrations (SCCM to Intune / co-management / cloud-native)\\\\r\\\\n• Deploy and manage Autopilot provisioning (user-driven, pre-provisioning, self-deploying)\\\\r\\\\n• Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines\\\\r\\\\n• Manage Windows Update for Business (WUfB) policies including rings, feature updates, and driver updates\\\\r\\\\n
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Intune And Sccm/Sms, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions For Complex Incidents To Ensure Minimal Disruption To Services.
2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Upholding A Strong Security Posture.
3. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Initiatives, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Operational Efficiency While Mentoring And Training New Analysts.
4. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies, Ensuring That All Technical Solutions Meet Compliance And Security Mandates.
