Job Summary
Technical Requirements : Windows
• Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience handling the SCCM CB/Intune environment.
• Should have good knowledge in Windows Servers 2012 and 2016, windows 10, Active Directory and networking concepts.
• Patch Management of Physical and Virtual environments through WSUS/SCCM/Wufb or SCUP (System Center Updates Publisher).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and associated components and creating custom report using SQL Queries.
• Strong Knowledge on SCCM client/server log files.
• Perform MEMCM application patching, versioning and development.
• Managing SCCM client health for the hierarchy.
• Knowledge on PowerShell cmdlets and scripting.
• Application Deployment Process with Good knowledge on Mass Software Distribution, software Updates management.
• Troubleshooting on SCCM/ConfigMgr Distribution failures and Validating Packaged Applications for Deployment Readiness.
• Managing co-management workloads.
• POC new features and use cases.

• Manage device settings via configuration baselines.
• Troubleshooting escalated GPO/wifi/driver related issues.
• Intune Knowledge is bonus.
• Manage windows servicing and understanding of rings mechanism.
• ITIL framework understanding for daily operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot windows OS issues.
