Job Summary

SSCCM- CLIENT LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT -Windows Client Factory-Remote Operations - Windows Factory Client (Classic)

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop environments. Perform remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and OS-related issues. Provision, deploy, and configure end-user devices. Manage device lifecycle activities including onboarding, replacement, and decommissioning. Administer Group Policies (GPO) and Windows configurations. Perform OS deployment, imaging, and device builds. Manage software installations, upgrades, and package deployments. Support Active Directory user and computer administration. Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance. Implement and support Windows security policies and standards. Perform patch management and security updates. Troubleshoot user profile, login, network, and application issues. Support VPN, printing, remote access, and collaboration tools. Maintain asset inventory and configuration records. Work with L1/L3 support teams for incident resolution. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Ensure adherence to SLA, security, and compliance requirements.
