Job Summary
Responsibilities
Your initial focus will be on the daily management and monitoring of the current environment with a strong focus on maximizing and ensuring efficiency across the infrastructure. You will also be required to support new and innovative projects as they arise involving plenty of internal stakeholder exposure.
You will;
- Manage and administer MS SCCM
- Manage VMware ESXi infrastructure
- Take an active role in windows server patch management on a rota basis
- Take an active role in Disaster Recovery testing (SRM)
- Manage domain controllers and participate in consolidation of domain controllers
- Monitor and ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of the LeasePlan network and systems
- Identify opportunities for improvements to current technologies
- Investigate ways to automate manual tasks
- Contribute to project work relating to the digital transformation and cloud/data centre migrations
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures and standards
- Administer and update our knowledge sharing forums for relevant topics
- Provide level 2/3 support, and troubleshoot issues to resolution
- Plan and complete system upgrades as required
Have the ability to coordinate tasks and resources in order to deliver projects and resolve issues
