Job Summary
|
1.8+ years of total expeience with minimum of 5 years of managing Exchange servers. |

2. Day to day administration of L2 and esclated calls and provide resolution |
|
3. Administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Exchange 2013/2016/2019 or latest infrastructure |
|
4. Global experince in managing large environments is necessary. |
|
5. Shoud have worked in fast paced challenging work environment. |
|
6. Responsible for producing RCA for the high severity issues |
|
7. Excellent communication and verbal skills |
|
8. Must be open for 24*7 operations. |
Key Responsibilities

Technical Requirements |
|
|
1. Strong hands on experience in complex Microsoft Exchange enterprise environment. Candidate should have experience in handling exchange servers 2013/2016/2019 or latest infrastructure independently |
|
|
2. Experience on Configuring and Administration of High Availbility enviornment for Exchange Services |
|
|
3. Provide administration and engineering support for all messaging related projects such implementing new system or process. |
|
|
4. Clear understanding of disaster recovery processes, mail gateway configuration and concepts. |
|
|
5. Clear understanding of mail gateway configuration and concepts. |
|
|
6. Should have indepth knowledge about exchange components/different roles. |
|
|
7. Configuration of exchange policies and Email routing |
|
|
8. Strong knowledge on Designing and Planning of Exchange Services infrastructure |
|
|
9. Experience on Migration Tools like Quest Migration or any other third party tool for Inter and Intra Exchange Organization migration for Exchange 2013/2016/2019 or latest infrastructure |
|
|
10. Should have knowledge about capacity planning in distributed environment. |
|
|
11. Strong understanding and experince with MS exchange 2013/2016/2019 or latest infrastructure including backup and restore procedures. |
|
|
12. Experience in supporting exchange server health check and should be in position to recommend the best practices |
|
|
13. Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange. |
|
|
14. Experience in handling MS Teams |
|
|
16. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues. |
|
|
17. Good knowledge & experience on archiving solution Enterprise Vault, Discovery accelerator & Compliance Reporting. |
|
|
18. Knowledge on Email Journaling, Symanting Mail Security on MS exchange |
|
|
19. Understanding of Cisco email security appliance, clearswift secure email gateway etc |
|
Skill Requirements
|
1. Experience on Incident and Task management tool like remedy. |
|
2. excellent oral and written communication skill. |
|
3. Experience in handling customer and severity cases. |
|
4. Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases. |
|
5. Team handling and conflict management skills |
