Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our team as a Technical Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, along with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel. The role also requires experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with various enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop custom apps using Power Apps to streamline business processes. Automate workflows and data processes using Power Automate. Perform advanced data analysis and modeling using Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, etc.). Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party applications (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SAP, Salesforce, SNOW). Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users and business teams. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform and BI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Power BI development. Experience in Power Apps and Power Automate. Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling. Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration tools. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or related technologies. Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
