Job Summary
Act as Point of contact for GTE UK Region.\r\nTransformation Project - Deliver strategic programs and projects to the customer, monitor overall budget commitments and work closely with the CIO and COO with regards on any escalation / prioritization.\r\nVulnerability & Obsolescence Management - Oversight the security of UK infrastructure worldwide, coordinate vulnerabilities remediations with ISR and SEC, manage security of client projects.\r\n
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen governance with local/Regional clients\r\nConstant & continuous representation of GTE in all UK meetings\r\nRepresentation of KEY Qualitative and Quantities KPIs to the business stakeholders\r\nClient Satisfaction to be the utmost priority with measurable indications- weekly /monthly Survey\r\nInitiatives to be proposed to business partners with Value proposition with the GSC GTE Services rendered locally.\r\nEnhance and add business value to the production dashboard reviewed during client governance\r\nNew user on boarding- with effective coordination with GTE internal partners\r\nFace2Face: arrange & set up F2F meetings with business teams and GTE delivery for any project related consultation\r\nPromote process/practice implementation across Business Units.\r\nResolve complex issues. Propose and steer strategic evolution of the service delivery management.\r\nSupervise service level as per defined Standards by monitoring and correcting process non-compliance.\r\nManage and clarify ITIL process related audit queries to Internal/external auditors. Prepare and publish process reports, MRM deck and risk reports.\r\nLead the creation, implementation and monitoring of an effective governance with all the regional stakeholders.\r\nDrive positive NPS and build strategy for enabling smooth operations. Perform trend analysis and suggest improvements on innovation and modernization.\r\nWork closely with delivery leads to launch various initiatives & service improvements to bring stability in the production and enhance client experience\r\nPlay an active role in coordinating and keeping key stake holders informed during production crisis\r\nFollow up with the respective delivery teams on the postmortem and communication to the users on all major incidents caused by GTS and work towards remediation plan to provide permanent fix.\r\n
Skill Requirements
Ability to understand business processes & their IT requirements across UK Support Scope\r\nAbility to maintain a close relationship with the business users by effective communication on all ongoing production/Project issues and follow up on a timely basis with required stake holders\r\nAbility to maintain efficient & open communication channels with business client’s internal partners (GTE) to ensure that the issues are well followed, and the actors are aware of the specificities or constraints.\r\nAbility to articulate and communicate with business users on available support matrix & organization set up\r\nAbility to estimate roadblocks and suggest improving day to day interaction of business users with delivery teams and take initiatives to reduce the operational risks to improve GTE support quality and efficiency\r\nMust have basic level of certification in ITIL V4, CRISC, Agile and DevOps.\r\nProven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders on business proposals, value creation and KPIs.\r\nExcellent operation management and conflict management skills.\r\nManage and own global projects and processes.\r\n
