Job Summary

Job Summary : Security Operations Engineer responsible for Tier 2/Tier 3 support and administration of enterprise security platforms including Zscaler, Mimecast, CyberArk, DigiCert, F5 WAF, and Illumio. The role focuses on incident resolution, vulnerability management, certificate lifecycle management, security operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability, compliance, and operational effectiveness of security services in a large enterprise environment.

Job Responsibilities : Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 operational support for enterprise security platforms. Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem tickets through ServiceNow. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN, email security, PKI/certificates, WAF, endpoint security, and microsegmentation. Administer and maintain security technologies including Zscaler, Mimecast, CyberArk, DigiCert, F5 WAF, and Illumio. Manage the complete certificate lifecycle, including issuance, renewal, replacement, revocation, and tracking. Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of security service disruptions. Own vulnerability management activities, including assessment, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting. Monitor platform health, security policy compliance, and operational effectiveness. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, application teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles while driving process improvements and automation.

Skill Requirement : • 5+ years of experience in Security Operations, Security Engineering, or Information Security. • Experience supporting one or more of the following security domains: o Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), VPN, or Secure Remote Access o Email Security o PKI and Certificate Management o Web Application Security o Microsegmentation o Endpoint Security and Privileged Access Management • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), Mimecast, Illumio, F5 WAF, DigiCert, CyberArk PKI, CyberArk EPM, or similar enterprise security platforms. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. • Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP, SSL/TLS, VPN technologies, authentication protocols, GRE, and IPSec. • Experience using troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, packet captures, and log analysis tools. • Experience managing vulnerability remediation activities for enterprise security technologies. • Experience working within ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. • Experience supporting Incident, Request (RITM), Change, and Problem Management processes. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
