Job Summary

Provide L2 operational and support coverage for enterprise LAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, and cloud connectivity environments. Handle incidents, changes, and standard implementations with defined procedures.

JD:-L2 Network Engineer (4+ years relevant experience)\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary\\\\r\\\\n Provide L2 operational and support coverage for enterprise LAN, WLAN, SD‑WAN, and cloud connectivity environments. Handle incidents, changes, and standard implementations with defined procedures.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n Support Aruba SD‑WAN (Edge Gateways, Azure hub connectivity)\\\\r\\\\n Operate and troubleshoot Aruba LAN/WLAN (CX switches, Wi‑Fi 6E/7 APs) via Aruba Central\\\\r\\\\n Support Azure Virtual WAN and ExpressRoute connectivity (as applicable)\\\\r\\\\n Perform day‑to‑day operations for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM platforms\\\\r\\\\n Monitor network health using Aruba Central and SolarWinds / Datadog\\\\r\\\\n Handle incidents, service requests, and standard changes within SLA\\\\r\\\\n Escalate complex issues with clear diagnostics and logs\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills\\\\r\\\\n Aruba SD‑WAN and Aruba Central operations\\\\r\\\\n Aruba CX switching and enterprise WLAN\\\\r\\\\n Centralized DNS/DHCP/IPAM operations(Infoblox)\\\\r\\\\n Network monitoring and alert triage\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPrefered Skills\\\\r\\\\n Basic Azure networking concepts (vWAN, ExpressRoute)
