Job Summary
Network Data LAN/WAN SDWAN- Key Responsibilities SD-WAN & Network Management: Design, configure, and manage SD-WAN (Viptela, Silver Peak) and LAN/WAN infrastructure. Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor and resolve LAN/WAN/VPN issues, including IPSEC, NAT, PAT, and GRE tunnels. Carrier Coordination: Manage WAN links, coordinating with internet service providers to resolve link issues. Network Security: Implement and maintain network security policies, including firewall configurations. Documentation: Create and update network architecture, high-level/low-level design (HLD/LLD) documents. Project Deployment: Lead network migration, upgrades, and optimization projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Deep understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, QoS, VLAN, TCP/IP) and SD-WAN technologies. Hardware Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Experience: 3–7+ years in network support/engineering roles. Tools: Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., ITSM Remedy). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications: CCNP or CCIE preferred.
