Provides the first level of technical network support, focusing on basic troubleshooting for the Event Network (LAN, WLAN, and WAN).

Monitors device health and availability (e.g., switches, access points) via dashboards like Cisco Catalyst Center and Meraki Perform initial diagnostics\\\\r\\\\nResolution & Fulfillment: Resolves standard network issues and fulfills basic service requests such as port activations or MAC address registrations.\\\\r\\\\nDocumentation: Thoroughly records all troubleshooting steps and findings in the ServiceNow ticket before escalating unresolved issues. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
