Job Summary

Sprint Manager

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\nSprint Planning & Execution\\\\r\\\\n• Plan, manage, and execute Agile sprints for Automation, AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases. \\\\r\\\\n• Own sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned to business value. \\\\r\\\\nUse Case Delivery Management\\\\r\\\\n• Drive use cases through the full lifecycle: intake → validation → build → demo → production rollout. \\\\r\\\\n• Coordinate cross functional teams (architects, developers, SMEs, platform teams) to remove delivery blockers.\\\\r\\\\n• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation actions.\\\\r\\\\nValue & Outcome Focus\\\\r\\\\n• Ensure each sprint delivers clearly measurable outcomes such as effort reduction, productivity improvement, compliance uplift, or experience enhancement. \\\\r\\\\n• Maintain sprint wise value realization metrics and execution dashboards.\\\\r\\\\n• Enable continuous prioritization of use cases based on business impact and feasibility. \\\\r\\\\nStakeholder & Governance Management\\\\r\\\\n• Act as the single point of coordination between business stakeholders, service owners, and technical teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Support governance forums with sprint status, risks, achievements, and next milestones. \\\\r\\\\n• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for security, compliance, and architecture.\\\\r\\\\nContinuous Improvement & Scaling\\\\r\\\\n• Drive retrospectives to improve sprint velocity, quality, and predictability.\\\\r\\\\n• Standardize sprint templates, execution playbooks, and delivery metrics for AI and automation programs. \\\\r\\\\n• Support scaling of successful use cases across towers and services.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Experience\\\\r\\\\nCore Skills\\\\r\\\\n• Strong experience in Agile / Scrum based delivery for Automation and AI initiatives.\\\\r\\\\n• Hands on experience managing sprints involving Automation, AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI use cases. \\\\r\\\\n• Ability to translate business outcomes into sprint deliverables and backlogs.\\\\r\\\\nTechnical & Domain Exposure\\\\r\\\\n• Working knowledge of Automation platforms, AI/GenAI solutions, and IT service environments. \\\\r\\\\n• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, automation orchestration platforms, or AI toolchains (conceptual level).\\\\r\\\\n• Exposure to Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or Enterprise Automation programs.\\\\r\\\\nProfessional Experience\\\\r\\\\n• 8–12+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Agile delivery / sprint management roles.\\\\r\\\\n• Proven experience driving multi team execution in fast paced enterprise environments.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong communication skills for executive, customer, and delivery teams.\
