Job Summary

Highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex and large-scale cross-functional initiatives. 
The Program Manager will be responsible for project definition, roadmap planning, resource planning, and project execution. 
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of program management, SDLC process, and Agile methodology, and will thrive in a collaborative environment with tight deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities

 Program Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of initiatives that drive technology modernization and cost efficiency across the organization.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with business, technology, and finance stakeholders to ensure programs align with enterprise strategy and financial goals.
- Execution Excellence: Define program scope, timelines, and success metrics; manage integrated plans, interdependencies, and risks.
- Governance & Reporting: Provide transparent updates to senior leadership and steering committees; ensure adherence to PMO standards.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, analysts, and vendors; influence without direct authority.
- Agile Practices: Apply Agile/Scaled principles where applicable to accelerate delivery and value realization.
- Estimate work efforts required to deliver the projects and create detailed plans for the team.
- Monitor the projects from initiation through delivery and interact with respective stakeholders to drive projects as per plan.
- Identify communication gaps, manage issue escalations, resolve dependencies, and support the teams.
- Responsible for reporting key metrics for sprint execution, test execution, bugs, issues, risk, etc. to the leadership/project team.
- Proactive oversight of the Change Management process needed to communicate and reset expectations due to unexpected variances to project scope and schedule.
- Ensure project closure activities including gathering/sharing lessons learned and facilitating post-mortems.
- Create management reports and presentations (as required) to keep project sponsor and other leaders and stakeholders up to date on the schedule and deliverable status.

- Should have a hands-on experience in managing PHP & PBI Projects. Experience on Python based projects will an added advantage.

Skill Requirements

 Good understanding of program management, SDLC process, and Agile methodology.
- Expertise in using project management tools like Jira
- Ability to thrive in complexity and collaborate with colleagues to deliver projects within tight deadlines.
