Job Summary

Job Summary : \"Required Qualifications Bachelor\"\"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs. 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager, Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Transformation Lead. Experience managing large cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams. Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and SDLC. Demonstrated experience driving Agile transformations within large enterprises. Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaling Agile frameworks. Strong technical understanding of: Cloud platforms (AWS preferred) APIs and Microservices Distributed systems CI/CD pipelines DevSecOps Observability and SRE concepts Experience with Jira, Confluence, ADO, or similar Agile lifecycle tools. Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within highly regulated financial services organizations. Knowledge of payments, card servicing, fraud, risk, or digital customer platforms. Experience supporting cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering productivity tools and Agile analytics. Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.\"
