Job Summary

  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Lead stakeholder and client engagement, ensuring alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, revenue tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize project resources, including managing resource requisitions and onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and business objectives.
  • Govern project scope, change requests, priorities, and delivery commitments.
  • Manage vendors, third-party partners, and external dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead infrastructure migration, deployment, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop project dashboards, executive reports, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track project performance against approved scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and executive presentations.
  • Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business requirements.
  • Conduct project closure activities and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor team members and foster collaboration across project teams.
