Senior Administrator - Program & Project Management

Job Summary

The Sr. Project Executive Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality technical support and operational efficiency within the organization. This role is essential for troubleshooting complex incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. By leveraging expertise in project execution and support operations, this position contributes significantly to maintaining the organization’s security posture and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management: Performing routine to complex Network & configuration changes which include Device Integration, replacement, IOS upgrades, MOP creation, executing and planning. Must have experience on Cisco NCS/XR and Nexus platform.
  • Fault Management: Resolution of IP Mobile backhaul, Fronthaul and Midhaul failure - Ensure resolution of IP Network failures
    - Analysis and recommendation for preventive/corrective actions
  • Traffic Rerouting and solving throughput performance issues - Traffic rerouting to ensure service are restored in case of network failure
    - Solving Mobile throughput and other performance incidents
  • Co-ordination with planning, engineering, NOC and field teams for identifying the root cause and solution
    - Working with OEMs TAC to establish RCA and corrective actions
  • Knowledge Sharing- Imparting knowledge sharing to enable L2 team
    - Creating knowledge database and case studies
  • Processes development - Review of Standard operating procedures in change and fault management
    - Study of industry best practices and recommendation for improvement

 

Skill Requirements

Routing: -

  • Protocol configurations & troubleshooting (ISIS, BGP, OSPF)
  • MPLS
  • Fast reroute (IP-FRR, BFD), IPv6.

 

Switching: -

  • Layer 2 technologies (Ethernet, 802.1Q/P VLAN, 802.1ad, STP, RSTP, and PPP), MAC sec (802.1x), ARP, VRRP, HSRP, LAG, MC-LAG

 

Service troubleshooting: -

  • L2VPN & L3 VPN, VPLS, Load sharing based on BGP attributes

 

Service Quality: -

  • QOS, DSCP.COS, TWAMP, BFDP SLA
  • Python and basic ansible script programming (preferred).

 

Platform knowledge: -

Hardware architecture & packet flow of Cisco IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Itil Foundation, Pmp (Project Management Professional), Or Equivalent Project Management Certifications
