Job Summary

Project Manager – Finance & Billing Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong financial acumen to oversee project delivery with a focus on financial governance, billing accuracy, and revenue assurance. The role requires end-to-end ownership of project execution while ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, cost management, and billing compliance. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Delivery & Governance Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders 2. Financial Management & Cost Control Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify deviations Drive cost optimization initiatives without impacting delivery quality Ensure financial compliance with organizational and client guidelines 3. Billing & Revenue Assurance Ensure accurate and timely billing as per contract/SOW terms Validate billing inputs including effort tracking, rate cards, and milestones Coordinate with finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies Track revenue realization, unbilled amounts, and ensure closure of billing gaps Provide inputs on recurring and non-recurring billing components [Dover EUC_...t May_2025 | Word] 4. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary interface for client discussions related to delivery and billing Collaborate with finance, procurement, and vendor teams for cost and billing alignment Engage with internal leadership for approvals on financial decisions 5. Reporting & Compliance Maintain project financial reports including forecasts, actuals, and revenue tracking Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and audit requirements Support internal and external audits related to billing and financial governance 6. Other Requirements
