Job Summary

The Procurement Lead – DaaS (L2) is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement operations for device lifecycle services, ensuring timely sourcing, cost optimization, and vendor coordination. The role supports BAU operations by driving efficient procurement processes, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across Digital Workplace and supply chain functions. The Procurement Lead – Other Devices (L2) is responsible for managing procurement and supply operations for non-standard IT devices and peripherals (e.g., printers, mobility devices, specialized hardware, accessories). The role ensures timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and lifecycle alignment within Digital Workplace and infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for DaaS (laptops, desktops, peripherals, accessories). Handle vendor coordination, order placement, tracking, and delivery management. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, contract terms, and compliance standards. Track and manage inventory levels, stock availability, and demand planning. Collaborate with DWP, Service Desk, and Logistics teams to ensure timely device provisioning and refresh. Drive cost optimization initiatives through vendor negotiations and benchmarking. Monitor and report on procurement SLAs, delivery timelines, and backlog items. Manage invoice validation, PO tracking, and financial reconciliation. Support audit requirements and maintain procurement documentation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in procurement workflows.
