Shift Lead - Cluster Validation & Operations Role Summary Lead a team of validation engineers and manage shift-based operations for AI cluster validation and production readiness activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day validation activities during assigned shifts. Coordinate validation schedules and engineer assignments. Review benchmark and validation results. Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues. Ensure adherence to operational procedures and SLAs. Drive issue resolution and re-validation activities. Prepare shift reports and readiness updates. Support customer and stakeholder communications.
