2. Provide Advanced Support For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts By Utilizing Python And Powershell To Perform Root Cause Analysis And Implement Effective Solutions For Technical And Security Issues.
3. Conduct Value-Adding Activities Such As Managing And Updating The Knowledge Base Using Python Scripts, And Provide Training And Coaching To New Analysts To Improve Team Capabilities.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Leveraging Powershell For System Diagnostics And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And A Robust Security Posture.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat By Employing Effective Problem-Solving Techniques In Python And Powershell, Aiming For First Call Resolution And Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases While Addressing Security Threats Proactively.
